"Reverse Mortgage Seattle Bellevue Eastside Tacoma Everett"

Walker began his career in the mortgage business in 1985 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Through his creative thinking and hard work he quickly rose through the ranks and became vice president of Westover Pacific Mortgage Corporation, where he pioneered a number of successful marketing strategies unique to the mortgage business. This led him to relocate to Guam, where he worked directly with Governor Ada and other top government officials in bringing affordable FHA/VA financing to the people of Guam per their entitlement as a U.S. Territory.
Walker then moved to Seattle, Washington, in 1989 and became involved in a number of charitable endeavors, one being a committee member of the Rampathon project sponsored by the Washington Master Builders Association, an annual project that solicits the participation of local builders and building supply companies to build wheelchair ramps for people who are housebound and unable to afford them.
In the summer of 2005, Walker discovered the many benefits of a reverse mortgage and realized he could make a meaningful, positive difference in the lives of our Senior Citizens. In June 2007, he acquired his FHA Lender Approval and established Golden Years Reverse Mortgage, Inc., specializing exclusively in reverse mortgages and providing excellent service and caring advice to Seniors across the country.
Another compliment to the excellent service and credibility of Golden Years Reverse Mortgage, Inc., is the established trust relationship with Key Bank, who refers their Senior clientele who are interested in the reverse mortgage program to Walker and his superb, caring staff.
Key Bank also has been rewarded for their trust in several of the following ways:
• Providing a service that might otherwise be provided by a competitor thereby avoiding cross selling
• Substantial increase in deposits from the proceeds of referred reverse mortgages. ( in the millions $$ )
• Client retention
• Opportunity for account reviews once proceeds are received by client
• Peace of mind in knowing their clients are well served.
Walker has a clear understanding of the importance of uncovering and meeting the needs of the clients he has the privilege to serve. He also believes that, although he provides excellent reverse mortgage services, he is not in the mortgage business but in the business of building relationships.
